A Spellbinding Concept to Grab Eye Balls
AIKYAM 2023 has moved out of the Unity, Wisdom, and Enlightenment focal point of 2022 and embraced a colorful motif Vivid, Vibrant, Vogue collectively V3 this year. What urged us to adopt a distinctive concept is that we are excited to see OUR splendid version during our second tech event. We’d love to witness our innovation seekers entering the AIKAYM Carnival Gate like colorful candies that radiate charm and boundless energy.
Now, let’s talk more about Vivid, Vibrant, and Vogue. Here’s what we mean by each of the components in V3;
Vivid: It’s an idea to showcase the innovation front of CEPTES products, where our leaders will shed light on the key targets and achievements and make some big announcements. Taking it to the next level, we’re hosting a Pitch Fest for the first time in our history, where our internal teams will compete to ‘pitch’ their product in 3 minutes. Above all, we will make the vividness of AIKYAM fulfilled with the presence of our external guests who will be a package of surprise for our employees.
Vibrant: At CEPTES, we believe that culture is the heart and soul of our organization. We promote a vibrant and inclusive culture that encourages our people to lead a fun-filled work life and bring out the best professional within them. So, AIKYAM will be showcasing the unity among diversity with multi cuisines to fill our tummies and enchanting dress codes to please our eyes along with many other visual treats.
Vogue: Here’s where we urge our people to showcase the fashionistas within them in the workplace. With chances to take the red carpet floor and strike a pose that turns heads, our people will receive varied opportunities to gleam with peers. As the 2nd day of the summit is a family gathering, an enchanting aura of joy and merriment shall pervade, encapsulating the very essence of ‘Vogue.’
