Cancellation Policy

Below are the License Period and Cancellation related information for products 200 OK, RealE 360, XfilesPro, DataArchiva, DataConnectiva, Encryptik, and Databakup.

License Period

The licenses will be valid for a period of one year from the purchase/production installation date of our products. The licenses would be automatically renewed for the next annual year.

Cancellation/Termination

Customer may terminate this Agreement and/or Order upon not less than Sixty (60) days’ prior written notice before the next annual renewal.
