Today’s world is more digitally connected than ever. People use online search engines to get information. Search engines often try to provide accurate results in order to make search results more consistent. Users also expect a fast, reliable and relevant search experience, However, at times it becomes a little complex for them to get accurate results. This becomes even more complex while search happens using a CRM. It takes multiple clicks, interfaces, and hassles to get correct results. That’s a big worry, isn’t it? The search should be seamless and must give you highly relevant results quickly. Enterprise search is completely different from consumer search. There are multiple challenges involved in enterprise searches. One of the biggest challenges is a diverse user base with a different set of goals. A sales rep will try to search for recent leads while a service agent will search closed customer cases. Another challenge is the different nature of data. When an enterprise uses a CRM, the functionalities and search results depend on their data and data will differ from company to company. So it becomes challenging for a standard CRM to give accurate search results.

Introducing Einstein Search

In order to help enterprises overcome these complex search challenges, Salesforce has introduced Einstein Search which will improve & personalize CRM searches leveraging AI and fundamentally accelerate customer success.

Personalized Results

As we have already mentioned above that a diverse user base has a different set of goals, they use CRM searches for various purposes. Einstein Search drives highly personalized results for every user. Each search result is highly tailored to offer the results that matter to you. Einstein Search utilizes innovative data mining & machine learning techniques to personalize search results.

Relevant Results

Enterprise users expect highly seamless search experience using while using a CRM. Einstein Search offers highly relevant search results with the help of AI. For example, if a sales rep searches open opportunities in London, Einstein Search interprets that query and show open opportunities in London. The result retrieval process is extremely fast and accurate.

Actionable Search Bar

Einstein Search not only offers fast & accurate search results within the CRM, but it also helps a user save 50% clicks and page loading time of most frequently used tasks. For example, instead of searching for a contact, clicking into their record, and then manually attaching the contact to an opportunity, you can take these same actions just by using the enhanced Einstein Search bar.

When can you use Einstein Search?

Einstein Search is currently in pilot and is already providing value for some of the top brands like iHeartMedia and MightyHive. It will be generally available next year for orgs with an Unlimited, Enterprise, or Performance Edition with 150+ active licenses for Sales or Service Cloud.

Now enhance your customer relationships with Salesforce Einstein AI and Analytics

Salesforce’s Einstein AI platform: What you need to know?

Many organization has found an answer to this question. In fact, it is true that most of the organizations these days knows the beneficial aspects of  Einstein AI platform, but very few people know about the recently introduced Field Service Lightning by Einstein AI and Analytics.

Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, has launched Einstein AI and Analytics for Field Service Lightning. This is done to empower companies to deliver better on-site customer experience. Field Service Lightning is designed in such a manner that it now brings together the insights and the mobile intelligence workers need. This would ultimately increase the productivity, boost the on-site efficiency and also drive revenue.

It is true that the Salesforce Service Cloud has indeed redefined the entire customer service across every major technological shift – this involves the cloud, social, mobile, messaging and more. Now with the introduction of Field Service Lightning, Salesforce has extended the power of Service Cloud to even create a full-service platform for all the managers, dispatchers and mobile workers. Hence, now you can enhance your customer relationships with Salesforce Einstein AI.

The Field Service Lightning Brings Insights and On-site:

With three novel innovations, Field Service Lightning has enabled every organization—managers, dispatchers and even the mobile workers—to move with speed and efficiency. These innovations include the following:

Einstein Vision for Field Service:

The Einstein Vision for Field Service is designed to harnesses the power of the artificial intelligence to bring the aspect of image recognition to field service. Companies indeed can leverage trained image classifiers – to handle a broad range of specific image-recognition use cases. For instance, with all the similar looking parts and even serial numbers, the dishwasher repairs often gets complex. Now a dishwasher repairer, who has to replace a water inlet valve can just take a picture of the valve, and the Einstein Vision for Field Service will instantly recognize the exact product type – hence, saving time for the customer and the company.

Equipment and Inventory Management:

The Equipment and Inventory Management is designed to leverage scheduling automation. This is done to ensure the right work crew, and the specific equipment is always in place. Managers and dispatchers are indeed able to send technicians into the field with confidence, with the knowledge that they are armed with the equipment and knowledge to complete the job during the first visit. For instance, a cable company dispatcher can utilize Equipment and Inventory Management to see which technician is closest to the customer and is equipped with the right cable wire to get the set up done successfully.

The Field Service Analytics:

Field Service Analytics provides actionable insights to all managers so that they can improve the overall productivity throughout their mobile workforce. These Service managers can now integrate all the data into one simple application for a complete view of the mobile workforce. And then, they can take the right mode of action from their dashboards. For instance, a service manager at a medical device company can immediately see that several of her technicians are in fact struggling to install an EKG machine. Hence, enabling her to identify the classes and set up times for them to shadow the senior professionals and get the job done perfectly.

Image Recognition with the New Einstein Vision
Einstein Analytics, Salesforce

Image Recognition with the New Einstein Vision

Einstein Vision, a whole new launch of APIs for the process of building the AI-powered applications. No sooner this vision has been initiated that Salesforce is making it easier for you to embed the process of image recognition directly into your apps. In fact, rather than taking hands into entirely building and managing the specialized infrastructure to host the deep learning models, it is always better to simply connect to Einstein Vision’s HTTP/REST API for custom image recognition.

Now, every individual can avail the advantage of pre-trained image classifiers, or rather to put it in simple words, train their custom classifiers, to solve a huge number of image recognition. This is indeed done using cases, empowering all the end users across sales, and even marketing to be smarter and predictive.

Why do we need Einstein Vision?

Einstein Vision is used to discover all your products across all the social media channels. This is done to analyze the observational data in healthcare and life science applications. Accordingly, it will enable visual search in e-Commerce apps.

  • Visual Search – A way to expand your ways, so that your targeted audience can discover your products and thereby increase sales.
  • Brand Detection – A process to monitor all your brands across the channels, to increase your marketing reach and conserve the brand integrity.
  • Product Identification – This is a way you can identify your products and at the same time streamline sales processes and customer service.

The Algorithms behind Einstein Vision

It is true that the Einstein Vision utilizes the advancements made in the genre of deep learning and even an underlying architecture of the neutral networks. It is the way to classify images with absolute accuracy. This as well helps in utilizing multiple hidden layers to extract all the hidden features and assign the apt weights and biases to the feature output. There is always an input layer, where mostly all the images are fed, and even there was a hidden layer, which extracts each feature of the image’s contours, the shapes, and even the corners to predict new images eventually.

How does this vision work?

It is true that the Einstein Vision is a part of a supervised learning technique in which a model is thoroughly trained on the prelabeled training data. This training dataset consists of labeled images and is as well loaded into the Einstein via an API call. Then, a REST API call is made to train the dataset, and hence the output is a trained model ID. Finally, an API call is made to predict the label of a new image that has never been seen before.

Hence, the actual strength of the Einstein Vision is its ability to train custom models to completely to recognize the aspects you care about completely. These are some of the advancements in image recognition that are developing in the new era of customer success and enabling companies to predict the market research in a better way.
