At CEPTES, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey: achieving the esteemed status of Salesforce Summit Partner! This achievement is not just a badge of honor; it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment, dedication, and journey of growth over the past 14 years.

 

What is the Salesforce Partner Program?

The Salesforce Partner Program is a comprehensive ecosystem designed to enable and support companies in their partnership with Salesforce. It provides a framework for collaboration, resources, and benefits to help partners succeed and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The program encompasses various types of partnerships, including Consulting Partners, ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partners, Reseller Partners, and AppExchange Partners. Each partnership type offers unique opportunities and benefits tailored to the partner’s business model and goals. Salesforce assigns every partner to 1 out of 4 different tiers and certain attached points: Base, Ridge, Crest, and Summit.

BASE Partners (up to 249 points), CREST Partners (over 250 points), RIDGE Partners (over 500 points), and SUMMIT Partners (750 points).

 

Understanding Salesforce Summit Partner Status:

Becoming a Salesforce Summit Partner is a significant achievement within the Salesforce ecosystem. It signifies that a company has demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, and customer success in its partnership with Salesforce. The evaluation process for Summit Partner status involves rigorous assessments across several key areas:

  • Customer Success: Salesforce evaluates partners based on their track record of delivering successful implementations, driving business value for customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation and Expertise: Partners are assessed on their ability to innovate and leverage Salesforce technologies to solve complex business challenges. This includes demonstrating expertise across various Salesforce products and solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Performance: Salesforce evaluates partners based on their sales performance, revenue growth, and overall contribution to the Salesforce ecosystem. Partners must demonstrate consistent growth and a strong business impact.
  • Collaboration and Engagement: Partners are evaluated on their level of collaboration and engagement within the Salesforce community, including participation in events, forums, and partner programs. Strong collaboration with Salesforce and other partners is essential for achieving Summit Partner status.
